I have fallen in love, or, more accurately, I was in love with all of the manakish varieties of Al Meshwar. I usually order to go because it’s a convenient place to get lunch, but lately, they’ve been inconsistent with the manakish filling; the amount of meat isn’t according to a standard recipe, and the cheese quantity varies from time to time. When I gave feedback to one of the representatives, they said, “OK, we’ll add more meat and cheese,” but that’s not the problem; my issue is consistency!
