MOHRE stands for Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. It shouldn’t be glossed over that it’s illegal to work in the UAE on a travel visa and that this is punishable by a fine and/or a jail term for both the culprit and their employer.

Dubai Visit Visa Rules

It is mandatory that your original passport (not a travel document), should not get expired within 6 months from the expected date of arrival in Dubai other parts of the UAE. Generally, if you were on a Dubai “Visit Visa” which includes the tourist visa (this is stated under types of visas below), then you are not allowed to work during your stay Dubai or anywhere in the UAE, but you are allowed to sponsor a domestic cook.
