Having been almost seven years in the making, the Palm Tower, situated on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah Island, is set to open in mid-Summer, 2021.
“The Palm Tower is the latest iconic addition to Palm Jumeirah, combining first-class residential, hospitality and leisure facilities at the heart of the world-famous island,” said Aqil Kazim, chief commercial officer at developer Nakheel. And he shouldn’t be exaggerating as the structure has cost $326.8 million.
“Palm Jumeirah’s unique creativity and stunning design is best-appreciated when seen from the air.
“The Palm Tower will offer exquisite views of the entire island, the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline in one location.”
Master developer Nakheel said the hotel, which is almost seven years in the making, will probably open in the summer and the residences – 70 per cent of which are already sold – will open later in the year.
Like Burj Khalifa, the Palm Tower has an observatory deck situated on the 52nd floor and is expected to open in March this year. The floor can be accessed by lifts from Nakheel Mall.
Burj Khalifa observatory decks have some of the most popular Dubai destinations for tourists in Dubai, and we hope this deck will be Palm Jumeirah’s At The Top and At The Top SKY as it unravels the wonder of one of the world’s largest artificial archipelagoes to tourists.
On residences, the 52-floor Tower has 432 luxury residences. A studio apartment starts from $46000+. The studios boast panoramic views of Dubai Marina, The Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.
Two and three-bedroom apartments on the upper floors make the most of the elevated position, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on to the spectacular surroundings.
An infinity pool on the roof of the tower will give swimmers unreserved experience with 360-degree views across 200 meters of water.
A lounge, Skypool lounge, run by the Sunset Hospitality Group, and a Japanese restaurant and nightspot, SushiSamba, will open later this year on the 51st floor.
