Silver tickets, which give access to all environments except Serengeti, cost Dh50 for children ages 3 to 12 and Dh120 for those 12 and older. The ticket includes a seat on a bus and is good for five to six hours. Gold tickets give visitors access to all environments and include a ride in a luxury car and a private guide for a tour that lasts five to six hours. Tickets are Dh120 for children ages 2 to 12 and Dh275 for those over 12.

In the Gold category, a group of six people can hire a luxury car with a guide for Dh1,500. For nine people or 12 people, the cost is Dh2,250 or Dh3,500.
